Right of Withdrawal

"Attention US Customers: Please note that due to high international shipping costs, all sales to the United States and outside the EU are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact our support team at support@truesense-clo.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a refund or a free replacement."

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Email: support@truesense-clo.com, Phone: +43 6602273289) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than seven days from the day on which the returned goods are received by us.

For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Return of the Goods

You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Costs of Return

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Conditions for Returns

Please note that returned items must be in an unused and unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. For goods that show signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
