  1. Enter your order number, email address and last name, then select the item you would like to return or report.
  2. Choose the reason that best matches your request. Please select the correct option to avoid delays:

    • Runs too large / Runs too small – if the item does not fit as expected.
    • Wrong size received – if you received a different size than the one ordered.
    • Wrong product received – if you received a different item than ordered.
    • Product is defective – if the item is damaged or has a production issue.
    • Product not as described – if the item differs from the product description.
    • Choose not to give a reason – select this for a standard return if none of the other options applies.
  3. For defective items, please describe the issue clearly and upload clear photos of the affected area. 📸
  4. Order cancellations: Cancellation requests can only be submitted within 24 hours after placing your order.
