1. WHAT ARE THE SIZES?
Our products are generally wider and cut in an oversized look to emphasize the casual streetwear style. You'll find a detailed size chart on every product page, so you can easily choose the right fit.
2. HOW DOES A RETURN WORK?
If you would like to return an item, you have 14 days from receipt of the item to do so. Simply contact our support team at support@truesense-clo.com and state the reason for the return. 3. WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
Most of our products are carefully manufactured in Turkey and then printed in Germany to ensure the highest quality standards.
4. HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
After you place your order, the standard delivery time is approximately 2 to 3 business days . We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible so you receive your items promptly.
5. WHEN ARE RETURNS PROCESSED?
Once we have registered your return by email, returns will be processed chronologically . We will notify you by email as soon as the return is fully processed.
