Right of withdrawal

CANCELLATION POLICY / RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

"Attention US and CH Customers: Please note that due to high international shipping costs, all sales to the United States, Switzerland and outside the EU are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact our support team at support@truesense-clo.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a refund or a free replacement."

Order Cancellation You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Right of Withdrawal You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Email: support@truesense-clo.com, Phone: +43 6602273289) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. Alternatively, instead of using the form, you can simply use the cancellation button located on our website.

 

Effects of Withdrawal If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than seven days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

Return of Goods You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Return Costs You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Conditions for Returns Please note that returned items must be in an unused and unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. For goods that show signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.
